I completely understand that emergencies do happen in everyone’s life! In order to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored. ⸻ Scheduling Fee / Deposit When scheduling an appointment, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $20–$50, depending on the service you book. This deposit will be applied toward the balance of your service at the time of your appointment. If you need to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up, your deposit will be forfeited and additional fees may apply (see below). ⸻ Cancellations A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. If you are unable to provide 24 hours’ advance notice, you will be charged 50% of the service you booked, which may be charged to the card on file. Any deposit paid will be applied toward this fee and is non-refundable. ⸻ No-Shows If you do not show up for your appointment and do not contact me, you will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the service you booked. Any deposit paid will be forfeited. ⸻ Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period will be allowed. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened, rescheduled, or marked as a no-show, and you may be charged 100% of the service you booked. Deposits are non-refundable for late arrivals that cannot be accommodated.
